In these terms 'we' refers to skin-graft.com and 'you' and 'your' refers to any visitor to the Website or any skin-graft.com customer.skin-graft.com can only supply goods that are ordered online via the Website and we cannot accept orders by telephone or post.

Availability
All goods are subject to availability and may be changed at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund. skin-graft.com will contact you to arrange this via email the next working day. Please allow up to 15 working days for delivery.
Payment Details & Security
skin-graft.com operates with 2checkout.com as our sales partner. payment is currently accepted by MasterCard and Visa (and any other card agreed by them from time to time). Payment will be debited from your card or account before the dispatch of the goods you have purchased. Upon processing a transaction, skin-graft.com will issue you with an electronic transaction receipt which will be sent to the email address you provide.
skin-graft.com does not hold your credit or debit card details as all card data is processed securely by 2checkout.com. We do however store your contact and shipping details in order to complete your order.

Lost or Damaged Goods
In the event that any goods are lost or damaged in transit please contact us immediately either via email to info@skin-graft.com, or Skype numbers as listed on the Website.
In the case of non-delivery please wait 28 working days from the date of your order in case it has been delayed. In case of goods received damaged or faulty please retain the goods and contact us within 10 days of receipt, whereupon we will arrange for the damaged or faulty goods to be exchanged or we will provide a refund of the cost of the goods to the card the goods were purchased on.

skin-graft.com is committed to providing the best customer service available. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, simply return the unused goods to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt.
Unfortunately, we cannot make a refund for goods which have been stained by make-up, deodorant or perfumes whist being tried on or have been damaged by you after receipt.
Please make sure you order the right size of shirt, skin-graft.com does not accept returns if you have ordered the wrong size.
We will issue a refund (which will not include the costs of delivery) on receipt of unused goods. Refunds will only be made to the credit or debit card on which the purchase was made. Please include the receipt and a note saying who you are and whether you want a refund or to exchange it for a different size or colour.
